All elementery Spanish students will have the opportunity to make and taste Spanish hot chocolate. I use 2% milk as well as soy milk for those students who are allergic to dairy. I use the "Abuelita" brand chocolate. The main ingidiants are chocolate,sugar,soylecithin,vegetable oil,palm,shea nut and or illipe nut) artificial flavor,PGPR (Emulsifier)Cocoa processed with alkali, soy.The package says " May contain peanuts,nuts,egg,milk and wheat.
